Rental of Power Generation & ECUs - PMX 26-Panama

Background
The United States Army South (ARSOUTH) requires the rental of two (2) 5 Ton Environmental Control Units and one (1) 100 Kilowatt generator, along with maintenance and refueling services, to support the ExPMX-26 PAN exercise.

This contract aims to provide necessary power to life support and work areas during the execution of the exercise.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide:
1. Two (2) 5-Ton Environmental Control Units (ECUs) with all associated ducts and power cords, ensuring they are fully operational and capable of providing cold air up to the 3rd floor of the SENAFRONT HQs Base, Center of Excellence Building in Panama.

Maintenance is required to keep equipment operational 24/7 throughout the contract period.

2. One (1) 100-KW generator, including setup, takedown, maintenance, and daily refueling services. The generator must be delivered with a full tank of fuel and maintained to ensure continuous operation at maximum capability at all times.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 18, 2026, to August 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at SENAFRONT HQs Base, Center of Excellence Building, Summit, Panama.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that all personnel provided for this contract are not subject to U.S. Government supervision or control.

The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed for the rental of environmental control units and power generation equipment.
