The 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of services related to the rental of portable chemical latrines and hand washing stations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive services for portable chemical latrines and hand washing stations, ensuring all units are clean, sanitary, and fully serviceable throughout their operational period. Specific tasks include:
- Delivery of new units within 24 hours of a task order.
- Repair or replacement of non-serviceable units within 48 hours of notification.
- Maintenance of hygiene and serviceability through a rigorous servicing schedule—daily or four times weekly as directed.
- Furnishing all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for performance, including repair parts for preventive and corrective maintenance actions.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to start on August 1, 2026, with a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods extending through July 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), and Amberg Training Area (ATA) in Germany.

The Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to Industry Questions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the procurement of services for the Rental of Portable Chemical Latrines and Hand Washing Stations within the Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), and Amberg Training Area (ATA). A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.

The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 August 2026 and includes a one (1) year Base Periods with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.

FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
