Background
The U.S. Embassy in Panama requires the rental of one SUV Vehicle 4x4 as part of its operational needs. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item and aims to fulfill the embassy's transportation requirements efficiently. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.

Work Details
The contract involves the monthly rental of one (1) SUV Vehicle 4x4 for a total of 36 months, divided into three periods: Base Year (12 months), First Option Year (12 months), and Second Option Year (12 months).

The vehicle specifications include:
- Engine motor: turbo diesel 2.8cc
- Transmission: Automatic, Five (5) speeds
- Capacity: Seven (7) passengers
- Features: Backup warning sensors, Backup camera, Triple zone air conditioner, Central door lock, Power locks & Overdrive, Frontal airbags for Driver & Passenger, Cloth seats, Bluetooth sound system, Third Row Seats.

The price must include comprehensive insurance coverage covering various incidents such as collision and theft without deductible release, third-party injury, rollover incidents, medical expenditure for personal effects, windshield coverage, tire and rim coverage, road assistance, and towing services at no cost through Panama City.

Period of Performance
The vehicle must be delivered F.O.B. destination to U.S. Embassy Panama within fifteen (15) calendar days after contract award.
