Rental of Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) - Guatemala   2

Background
The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Office, Soto Cano AB, Palmerola, Comayagua, Honduras intends to establish at least three Firm-Fixed Price Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the lease of commercial vehicles with or without drivers.
This contract aims to provide necessary transportation services in the Republic of Guatemala, supporting the agency's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing rental of Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) in Guatemala. The services include:
1. Providing commercial vehicle rentals with or without drivers as per the agreed Bid Schedule and Price List.
2. Ensuring all personnel and drivers are trained and equipped to operate the vehicles safely and efficiently.
3. Delivering vehicles as requested under the BPA, which will be established as a simplified monthly charge account.
4. Submitting delivery tickets for all performance under the agreement that include essential details such as supplier name, BPA number, date of purchase, itemized list of supplies or services furnished, and total value of deliveries.
5. Invoicing through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at least monthly or upon expiration of each BPA call, including receipted copies of delivery tickets.

Period of Performance
Tentatively from 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2031.
