Rental of Firing Range for ICE/ERO/Washington Field Office (Richmond Sub-Office)   2

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO), intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to River City Range, LLC (dba Colonial Shooting Academy, Henrico Co) for the rental of its firing range. The ICE/ERO/Washington Field Office (Richmond Sub-Office) requires the rental of a secure firing range facility where ICE/ERO officers can practice, get classroom and range training, and demonstrate competency for quarterly firearm recertification.

Work Details
The Colonial Shooting Academy gives ICE/ERO the flexibility to use all of the Washington Field Office’s weapons during quarterly qualifications, tactical exercises (AFTEs), defensive tactics and intermediate force weapons, integrated scenario-based training as well as classroom and training room exercises.
The vendor’s facility is located within thirty (30) miles of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington Field Office (FDG) Richmond Sub-office located at 9200 Arboretum Parkway, Richmond, VA 23236.
