Background
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking to lease a portable, self-contained, diesel motor-driven Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jet system. This system will be utilized for various cleaning and maintenance tasks at the shipyard, which is crucial for maintaining operational readiness and supporting the Navy's mission. The goal of this contract is to provide a reliable UHP water jet system along with necessary support services including start-up, commissioning, training, and preventative maintenance.

Work Details
The contract includes the rental of the following items:
- **0001**: Rental of (1) Diesel Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Trailer 20K PSI/20 GPM and components - **Quantity**: 13 Weeks
- **0002**: Start-Up and Commissioning Services - **Quantity**: 1 Job
- **0003**: Freight – All associated transportation costs - **Quantity**: 1 Job
- **0004**: Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) - **Quantity**: 1 Job NSP

The UHP water jet system must meet the following specifications:
- Operating Pressure: 0-20,000 PSI
- Flow Rate: 20 GPM
- Diesel powered with a single engine and appropriate fuel tank.

Required components include:
- Trailer mounted UHP waterblast unit
- Hoses rated for 20K WP
- Burst discs rated at both 24K PSI and 28K PSI
- Emergency stop mechanisms with cabling.

Additional requirements include outdoor operation capability in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 110°F, safety features such as rupture discs, and proper hose connections with safety restraints.

Period of Performance
3/3/26 - 6/1/26 with an option period from 6/2/26 - 6/15/26.
