Renovation work at CAC4,

The work will be carried out in various locations at the Consulate grounds, throughout CAC 4, to include: Ceiling, flooring, painting/varnishing, wall protection application, anti-slip application, ceramic tiles, window sills, sewer connection, lawn grass pavers, bollards, canopy, electrical work and procurement/installation of cabinet.

A detailed description of the work requirement can be found in the SOW attached on teh next page.

A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Tuesday, 30.June at 10:00 hrs.

Interested companies should share the names of their attendees to GSO Procurement at einkauf@state.gov, no later than 16:00 hours on Friday, 26. June 2026 using the solicitation number PR16019314 in the subject line.

Only companies which are present at the visit , will be authorized to submit quotes against this solicitation.

Specific tasks include: moving furniture; removing non-permanent items from walls/ceilings/floors; covering surfaces and components; plastering and painting interior walls and façades; painting concrete floors; varnishing doors and frames; disassembling and reassembling ceiling grids; removing old vinyl/PVC flooring and installing new flooring; installing baseboards; installing wall protection boards; laying lawn grid stones; disposing of debris; ensuring a clean workplace post-renovation. All work must comply with US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM385-1.
