Background

Work Details

- Asbestos abatement and mold remediation as needed.
- Coordination with the project representative (COR) throughout the construction process.
- Development of a cost-loaded schedule post issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
- Compliance with MVAMC Infection Control and Construction Policy Requirements during work execution.
- Daily cleaning of the work area and proper disposal of construction debris.
