Description

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 10, is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of Building 16 at the Marion VAMC. This renovation will support the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion Campus, by providing space for the Director, Executive Leadership Team, and other major administrative and operational departments.

The building will not be occupied during the renovation process, which is designed to allow circulation between connected Buildings 15 and 17.

Work Details
The project entails comprehensive renovations to Building 16 as specified in Project #610-20-103. The work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing structures as necessary, construction of new walls and partitions, installation of new electrical systems, plumbing upgrades, HVAC improvements, interior finishes such as flooring and painting, and compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.

All contractors and subcontractors must adhere to the VA security management program and obtain necessary permissions from VA police.

Period of Performance
The duration of the project shall not exceed 480 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
