Renovate Blake Gym (B1201), Keesler AFB, MS.

The scope of this requirement will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to renovate Blake Gym (B1201) at Keesler AFB, MS, as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings.

This acquisition will be solicited as a 100 percent small business set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. The size standard is $45.0 million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is Z2FB. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Interested small business concerns may submit a proposal in response to the Solicitation Package, Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings, tentatively scheduled to be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 15 April 2024 with a tentative closing date of 16 May 2024. A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted. The contract performance period will be 300 days (or 365 days if awarded with Option #1). Performance will commence 10 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.

All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
