Repair and renovate a 43,634 GSF barracks building total to Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) standards, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, telecommunications, energy monitoring, fire alarm amd mass notification systems. Works also includes partial building demolition, utility line installation, wall framing, repairs to exterior stairs and portions of concrete foundation and roof, door and window replacement, and interior painting and finishes. Sitework includes partial flatwork demolition, drainage improvements, and utility line installation.*AM0001 - This Amendment is to provide Attachments A and B to Section 00 22 11, incorporate FAR clause 52.204-27, and provides corrections to the solicitation number referenced throughout the specifications. This Amendment also incorporates Site Visit information, please see clause 52.236-27 for full details.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has conducted a bid opening for a construction requirement to repair and renovate a 43,634 GSF barracks building to Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) standards.
