Rend Lake Project Office PTO Driven Water Pump with Hoses St. Louis District W912P9

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is issuing this solicitation for the Rend Lake Project Office to procure a PTO driven water pump with hoses. The goal of this contract is to manage man-made wetlands effectively. This solicitation is set aside for total small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply a PTO driven water pump built to the following specifications:

- 12” ditch rider trailer type style pump
- Discharge connection on the right side of the pump (when POV is from behind the pump)
- Length: Between 23 and 25 feet long
- Width: Approximately 65 inches
- Height: Approximately 37 inches
- Weight: Approximately 1620 pounds
- Implement guard
- 2” vacuum relief valve
- Bearing beams
- 12” spiral double bolt clamps (x2)
- 12” steel hose menders (x2)
- 12” discharge pipe
- 2” PTO shaft
- 2” flanged coupling
- 12” x 10” concentric reducer
- 2” steel housings
- Bearing buddies
- 15” wheels with 5.60-15 tires
- 2” triple-seal bearings
- Lubrication lines
- 2” single seal bearing
- 2” flanged hub
- Adjustable tongue with screw jack
- Test nipple
- Discharge: 12” model; Impeller diameter: 16”; Suction diameter: 10”; A36 mild steel; Enclosed type centrifugal radial flow impeller made of A36 or stainless steel fabrication; Trailer hitch with a ¾ inch pin to connect to tractor draw bar.
All exposed parts should be sandblasted and coated with two-part urethane paint.
Additional items include two units of a 12” x 50’ discharge hose. A trade-in option for a broken Crisafulli PTO driven water pump is also available.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by September 30, 2024.

Delivery will be made to the Rend Lake Project Office located at 11981 Rend City Rd, Benton, IL 62812.
