Background

Work Details
The contractor is required to remove, procure, and install a new Steam Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station and Condensate Pump, including associated fittings at Building 308C. The existing Steam System shall remain and be reused. The contractor is also responsible for obtaining Construction Authorization, vehicle permits, and identification badges from the Engineering and Construction Office before commencing work.
