Remove and Replace Firetruck Engine and Transmission Assemblies

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii (NAVFAC Hawaii) is the engineering command for Commander Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH). This contract aims to ensure the operational readiness of a fire truck by facilitating the removal and replacement of its engine and transmission assemblies.

Work Details
The contractor is required to remove and replace the engine and transmission assemblies for a 2006 Pierce International 4400 9.3L DT570. The specific components to be replaced include:
- Engine, Trimmed REMAN MY06 DT5, Part 5010867R92 (1 each)
- Engine CORE, Part 5010867R92-C (1 each)
- FLEETRITE PRO 15W40 CK-4 3B5L engine oil, Part FLTLP15W40CK4GKK (8 each)
- FLEETRITE RELC 5050 GAL antifreeze/coolant, Part FLTRELC5050GKK (10 each)
- FLEETRITE Power Steering fluid, Part FLTPSF32KK (3 each)
- Transmission MD3006PRM, Part 29544634 (1 each)
- Transmission Core MD3066PRM, Part 29544634-CORE (1 each)
- Synthetic ATF ALLISON TES 295 Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), Part FLTATF295GKK (6 each).

The contractor must also provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, freight, and labor to complete the work as specified. Additionally, the contractor must be OEM Allison Transmission Certified.

Period of Performance
The work is to be completed no later than 180 calendar days from the award date.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NAVFAC facilities in Pearl Harbor, HI.
