Remove and Replace B1231 Phase-2 Boiler

Background
The Government is seeking a contractor to provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and services required to furnish, remove, and install one HVAC 1.5-MBTU/H boiler in building 1231 at Little Rock Air Force Base (AFB).

This project is part of the ongoing maintenance and upgrade of facilities at the base to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Furnish and install a new CAT IV 8 inch x 45 feet double wall boiler flue along with all installation parts required for the B1231 boiler.
2. Remove the existing boiler and install the new HVAC 1.5-MBTU/H boiler at building 1231 on Little Rock AFB.

All work must comply with Federal, State, and local regulations, codes, and licensing requirements for HVAC work in Arkansas. The contractor is responsible for managing their employees and ensuring that no personal services are rendered. Additionally, all waste disposal related to the project is the contractor's responsibility, including recycling of materials such as wire and conduit.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of material arrival.
