Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Training Support (RPATS). The goal of the contract is to provide comprehensive training support services for remotely piloted aircraft operations, ensuring that personnel are adequately trained to meet mission requirements.

The agency's mission includes maintaining operational readiness and effectiveness in air operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering various training support services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Site Lead responsibilities as per paragraphs 1.2.1 through 1.2.1.2.9.4.4 of the PWS;
2. Simulated Mission Operator duties according to paragraphs 1.2.2 through 1.2.2.10;
3. Simulator Tactical Programmer tasks as defined in paragraphs 1.2.3 through 1.2.3.5;
4. Integrated Mission Developer functions as per paragraphs 1.2.4 through 1.2.4.5;
5. Administrative Support for Mission Support Scheduler following paragraphs 1.2.5 through 1.2.5.4;
6. Administrative Support for Flight Training Program according to paragraphs 1.2.6 through 1.2.6.12;
7. Administrative Support for Squadron Standardization and Evaluations Program as per paragraphs 1.2.7 through 1.2.7.9;
and additional roles such as Standardizations and Evaluations Lead, Simulator Duty Director, and Simulated Air Traffic Control Center responsibilities detailed in respective PWS sections.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set at twelve months, with options available to extend based on workload increases and additional events required.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance of this contract is Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico.
