Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Maintenance (Mx) Support

Background
The Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) program is managed by the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) and focuses on providing organizational-level maintenance for the MQ-9 Reaper weapons systems. The goal of this contract is to sustain combat and training capabilities at various tasked locations worldwide, ensuring operational readiness and support for military missions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide organizational-level maintenance for MQ-9 Reaper weapons systems.
- Ensure sustainment of combat and training capabilities at tasked locations globally.
- Develop, document, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive higher-level Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with AS9110 standards throughout the contract's duration.
- Participate in training events, exercises, and drills related to continuity of operations procedures.
- Maintain a Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan to ensure essential services are performed during crisis situations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, with specific line items having varying delivery schedules within this timeframe.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various tasked locations worldwide as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
