Remote Visual Assessment (RVA) Contractor Logistic Support (CLS)   2

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Systems Directorate (AFNWC) is preparing to release a request for proposals (RFP) within the Q2 FY20.

This effort is for depot and field maintenance, sustainment, training and support for the RVA program. Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) is provided at the five following locations: Malmstrom AFB, Montana; Minot AFB, North Dakota; F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming, Barksdale AFB and the Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center (NOC/SOC) near Hill AFB. Each Missile Wing is considered a system and all systems together is the program. RVA monitors top side activity at the Air Force Minuteman III Launch Facility (LF) and provides Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) capability to monitor Missile Alert Facility (MAF). RVA utilizes numerous techniques to help secure the video traffic the network is transmitting from LF to MAF and video monitoring at MAF, Missile Security Center (MSC) and NOC/SOC.

The government intends to award one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract. This effort is for sustainment services of the RVA program with a period of performance of five (5) years; one base plus four (4) option years.
