Background
The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking contractors to provide Remote (Virtual) and In-Person Deposition and Examination Reporting Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of accurate and timely reporting services for legal proceedings, which are critical to the agency's mission of upholding justice and ensuring fair legal processes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering various types of transcription services, including:
1. Regular Order - Original Transcript & One Copy (2,000 pages, 10-14 calendar days post-proceeding).
2. Intermediate Order - Original Transcript & One Copy (100 pages, 4-9 calendar days post-proceeding).
3. Expedited Order - Original Transcript & One Copy (250 pages, 3 calendar days post-proceeding).
4. Overnight Order - Original Transcript & One Copy (50 pages, by 9:30 a.m. the day after the proceeding).
5. Rough Draft – Same Day (50 pages).
6. Realtime Text Stream – Per Connection (50 connections).
7. Realtime Connectivity Fee (50 fees).
8. LegalView Remote Video Stream and Monitoring.
9. Document Tech and Onsite Tech Support if requested.
10. DVD/MPEG Copies and Online Video Storage.
11. Traditional Videography with a minimum duration requirement.
12. Synchronization of Video and Transcript.
13. Archive/Processing Fees and Shipping/Delivery services.
14. Reporter Appearance fees for minimum hours worked.
15. Conference Rooms – Worldwide availability as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods, starting from June 15, 2025, through June 14, 2030, with options for extensions in subsequent years.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided nationwide, with specific locations determined based on the needs of the proceedings.
