1) Protecting the Waiting Consulate area during installation and system operation, adhering to U.S. Embassy safety codes and access protocols;

2) Performing all technical work strictly within the bathroom areas, with no expansion of scope beyond these locations;

3) Conducting demolition outside regular working hours to minimize disruption;

4) Isolating equipment racks and doors to prevent dust penetration;

5) The Embassy will handle removal of furniture and equipment from affected areas, except for one heavy gym machine which will remain until completion.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and extend through the completion of remodeling tasks, specifically noted as starting from July 16, 2025.
