This solicitation is for remodeling of the Gym/Fitness room at the U.S.Tri Mission Marine House in Vienna Austria

The work includes but is not limited to the following tasks all as specified in the attached Statement of Work:

Demolition

  • Temporary plasterboard dust wall with door.
  • Demolition of partition walls (10cm), incl. wall coverings, 2 wooden doors+ doorframes and 1 wooden cabinet, electrical installation and equipment, incl. removal and disposal.
  • Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue.
  • Removal of 4 existing ceiling lights.

Refurbishment

  • Walls and ceiling: plaster, level, clean, prime, paint to cover, incl. 16m2 floor covering material.
  • Floor: Clean, grind and level the floor; New PVC flooring in the demolition area.
  • Delivery and assembly of 6 new ceiling lights in new position, Including switch, wiring, and integration into the existing system.
  • Final cleaning

  • The work will be carried out while the facility remains in operation and in the presence of the residents, who should not be disturbed during the construction work

  • Clearance process for employees, cars, material on site
