The purpose of this amenment is to remove the vendor information inserted in amendment 0001 as the firearms are NOT required to be delivered to a licensed FFL provided the firearms being delivered to the Government have been verified that they are for Government use only. This will be accomplished by the Government upon receipt of the firearms.

Background
