Relocation/Facility Moving Services - Fort Douglas to Camp Williams in Utah

Background
The contract is issued by the 88th Readiness Division and focuses on providing non-personal services for relocation and moving services from Fort Douglas, Utah to the new Army Reserve Center located at Camp Williams, Utah.

The mission is to facilitate the movement of Army Reserve personnel and their equipment efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption during the transition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to manage and perform relocation/moving services. Specific tasks include:
- Packing, disassembly, and removal of standard office furniture and equipment from Fort Douglas.
- Specialized handling of approximately 50 pieces of fitness equipment by a qualified professional.
- Moving heavy/oversized items such as safes and shop equipment using special equipment (heavy-duty dollies).
- Transportation of all items from Fort Douglas to Camp Williams, including all vehicles, fuel, and labor required for this task.

The contractor must also ensure accountability for all items moved and may be required to perform adjustments or repairs as necessary.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 15, 2026, through July 31, 2026.
