The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking a contractor to provide system capability and development support for the Reliability-Availability-Maintainability Logistics Engineering Support System for Electronic Combat Pods and Integrated Systems (RAMPOD). RAMPOD is an integrated weapons management information system that collects and maintains real-time data for pods and non-pod systems. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing RAMPOD service capabilities, providing system integration support, and delivering continuous capability to support warfighters. The period of performance for this contract includes a one-year base period, two one-year options, and three six-month options.

The contractor will be responsible for providing operational capability support, including infrastructure management, system administration, software support, and documentation. They will also provide product support services, such as application updates, help desk support, training, and engineering and management support. The contractor will work closely with the RAMPOD Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective planning and oversight of all services. They will also be responsible for addressing emerging technologies that may impact RAMPOD.

The place of performance for this contract is the 78th Air Base Wing, Robins Enterprise Data Center at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The contractor will be required to maintain the RAMPOD Prod environment within this facility. They will also establish and maintain Dev/Test environments within their own facility. The contractor will need to have qualified personnel with the necessary skills, knowledge, and clearances to perform the required services.

Overall, this contract aims to ensure the continuous operation of RAMPOD and enhance its capabilities to support United States Air Force warfighters worldwide. The contractor will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, availability, maintainability, configuration, inventory, performance, and warranty data for pods and non-pod systems.
