Relativity Server Software

Background
The U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC) requires Relativity Server eDiscovery software services to support its existing on-premise SIPR instance hosted on Microsoft Azure GovCloud and an on-premise SIPR instance hosted on a physical Joint Service Provider (JSP) approved SIPR server. The software will be used for document processing, review, and litigation support needs.

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement of brand name Relativity Server eDiscovery software and concurrent licenses to serve as a document processing and review platform for both non-classified internet protocol router (NIPR) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) instances. The software must possess various characteristics including full processing, indexing, and searching capabilities, redacting capabilities, concurrent user licenses, advanced analytics capabilities, unlimited hosting, intuitive user interface, compatibility with other software, and support for a mobile workforce. The contract also includes the provision of specific software licenses and training to meet JAGC's litigation support needs.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for the contract is a 5-year period from September 2023 through August 2028, consisting of a base year and 4 option years.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the performance of the contract include the Microsoft Azure GovCloud managed by JAGC's Information Technology Division (ITD) and a physical Joint Service Provider (JSP) approved SIPR server at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
