REINSTATEMENT: The Government is formally notifying industry that solicitation H92239-19-R-0002 is being reinstated as directed by the Court of Federal Claims ruling in case No. 21-2275C. The previous cancellation for solicitation H92239-19-R-0002 is now vacated.

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command-Contracting received a request from the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) 1st Special Warfare Training Group (1st SWTG) to cancel the current solicitation, H92239-19-R-0002, for ARSOF Training Support Services due to significant budget reductions and extensive changes to their requirement. That cancellation is hereby vacated due to an order of the Court of Federal Claims.

Offerors remaining in the competitive range will be notified accordingly.
