Description

The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) intends to award firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to International Waste Control, 304 Ware St., Blackshear, GA 31516 for regulated garbage disposal. InternationalWaste Control is the only approved provider of this service for the area per the United States Departement of Agriculture (USDA).

Background
The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to International Waste Control for regulated garbage disposal. International Waste Control is the only approved provider of this service for the area per the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The contract is being awarded using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).

Work Details
The scope of work includes regulated garbage disposal services provided by International Waste Control at 304 Ware St., Blackshear, GA 31516. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 22 September 2022 at 12 PM (EST). Any response must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous.
