Regional Multi-Domain Awareness Capability (RMAC) IDIQ Follow-On   3

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period for support for the Regional Maritime Awareness Capability (RMAC) Program. The core component for most RMAC efforts is the U.S. Navy/Coast Guard developed STING software. The contractor will be required to install, operate, and maintain this software and integrate new sensors and other systems in support of OCONUS and CONUS requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide support services to multiple customers, domestic and foreign, in support of the mission of the Regional Multi-domain Awareness Capability (RMAC) Program Office. This includes system engineering, system architecture & design, sensor & system analysis, sensor & system integration, hardware analysis and testing, software development, site surveys, system installation, sensor installation, electrical analysis and troubleshooting, basic electrical installations and repairs, infrastructure modification and repairs, laboratory and field testing, data analysis, hardware and software maintenance, system operations, remote system monitoring & maintenance, training, logistics support, shipping, purchasing, inventory control and management, technical documentation, information assurance, information security, communication equipment installation and support, system integration with subsystems, subsystem analysis, basic technology research, project management, and program management.

Period of Performance
The contract will utilize a five-year ordering period with an estimated start date of February 2025 through February 2030.
