The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Regional Maintenance and Hydraulic Cylinder Repair services at PWD Little Creek, PWD Oceana, PWD Norfolk, PWD Portsmouth, PWD Yorktown, PWD NSA and any facility within a (50 mile) radius of Norfolk Naval Station. See attached documents.

Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate a revised Section J, Attachments J-0200000-16 Past Performance and J-0200000-17 ELINS. In addition, this Amendment incorporates proposal inquiries and responses and extends the Proposal Due Date (PDD) from Saturday, 20 January 2024 to Wednesday, 24 January 2024 at 2:00PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. (See attached documents)

Amendment 0002 is issued to incorporate a revised Section J, Attachment J-0200000-17 ELINS. In addition, this Amendment incorporates proposal inquiries and responses and extends the Proposal Due Date (PPD) from Wednesday, 24 January 2024 to Tuesday, 30 January 2024 at 2:00PM EST. Background
The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Regional Maintenance and Hydraulic Cylinder Repair services at PWD Little Creek, PWD Oceana, PWD Norfolk, PWD Portsmouth, PWD Yorktown, PWD NSA and any facility within a (50 mile) radius of Norfolk Naval Station. The contract is issued by the Commander Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Mid-Atlantic Division in Norfolk, Virginia. The contract is for Regional Maintenance and Hydraulic Cylinder Repair services for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic geographical areas consisting of: Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia; Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia; Naval Weapons Station Cheatham Annex, Yorktown, Virginia; and Naval Support Activity (NSA) Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia and the surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius of each base.

Work Details
The tasks include providing Regional Maintenance and Hydraulic Cylinder Repair services at specified locations. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Non-Recurring Services. The contract contains provisions for one-year base period, four one-year option periods and one six-month option period. The period of performance will be determined at the time of award. Proposers shall submit a lump sum price for Section B Contract Line Items (CLINs) 0001 through 0006 and unit prices for Exhibit A through Exhibit E. The contract incorporates the Service Contract Act (SCA) and the Wage Rates-Construction. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a Quality Control Program under to ensure that the work conforms to the contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined at the time of award.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include: PWD Little Creek, PWD Oceana, PWD Norfolk, PWD Portsmouth, PWD Yorktown, PWD NSA and any facility within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk Naval Station.
