Description

This is a Request for Quotation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Small Business Administration (SBA), the Office of Investment and Innovation (OII) contemplates multiple firm-fixed price awards. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) issuing solicitation 73351024R0007 for Regional Innovation Cluster (RIC) services. NAICS 541690 Other Scientific & Technical Consulting Services; PSC Code R499 Other Professional Services. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/.

This is full and open competition for all non-profit and for-profit firms with an active SAM.gov registration eligible for federal contracts at time of offer. Background
The Small Business Administration (SBA), the Office of Investment and Innovation (OII) is seeking businesses capable of providing Regional Innovation Cluster services as described in the attached Statement of Objectives. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) issuing solicitation 73351024R0007 for Regional Innovation Cluster (RIC) services. This is a full and open competition for all non-profit and for-profit firms with an active registration eligible for federal contracts at the time of offer.

Work Details
The SBA contemplates award of multiple firm-fixed price contracts for emerging and mature clusters as a result of this RFQ. The RFQ includes a list of attachments such as Statement of Objectives, Price Schedule, Limitations on Subcontracting Template, Past Performance Questionnaire, QASP, and Conflict of Interest.
