The intent of this solicitation is for a Facility Support, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Performance-Based contract with Recurring and Non-Recurring services to provide Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA and Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA.

GENERAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

The intent of Annex 15 Facilities Support- Sub-Annex 1503050 Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping is to specify the requirements related to the grounds maintenance of facilities.

The contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services to include: Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services to prestige areas, lawns, fields, operational areas, and storm water system operation and maintenance, such as: mowing, trimming, edging, trash and debris removal, aeration, de-thatching, fertilization, irrigation systems operation and maintenance, tree maintenance, tree control, vegetation and weed control within the installation.

The solicitation listed herein is a Competitve HUBZone Small Business set-aside. The proposal due date shall be July 13, 2021. (Contractors - Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to Brandi Upton (brandi.upton@navy.mil) 10 days prior to the RFP due date.
