REGIONAL GARRISON FOOD SERVICE

Commander, Marine Corps Installations Command (COMMCICOM) Contracting Department intends to solicit utilizing full and open competition procedures for full food service (FFS) and management and mess attendant (M&MA) services for United States Marine Corps (USMC) Food Service and Subsistence Program (HQMC I&L LF, MCICOM G-4). This work involves the management and administration of mess halls, requisitioning, receiving and storing food, as well as preparing and cooking food, serving meals, custodial, sanitation and housekeeping of facilities, maintenance and repair of food processing and serving equipment (FP&SE) and quality control of all related processes. The service provider shall provide personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and associated support for 47 garrison mess halls throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). The Food Service and Subsistence Program serves approximately 28 million meals per year between both the east and west coast regions. This requirement is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act.
