Description

Reference is made to Announcement No. 1305M3-22-R-NFFK0033, Regional Architect-Engineer (A-E) Environmental Services for the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service - Office of Habitat Conservation, Gulf of Mexico Region.

NOAA awarded a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11 Selection of Architects and Engineers and Public Law (PL) 92-582, formally known as the Brooks Act, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6. The term of the contract includes one (1) five-year ordering period and one (1) option period allowing services to be extended for up to six (6) months under the authority of FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
