Region 8 Colorado Center Landscape, Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal   2

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS) Region 8 is seeking a solution to provide Grounds Maintenance, Landscape Services, and Snow Removal Services for the Colorado Service Center located in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and landscape at these facilities, enhancing their operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal. GSA intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to fulfill these requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Grounds Maintenance: Regular upkeep of the grounds including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping services.
2. Landscape Services: Installation and maintenance of plantings, irrigation systems, and other landscape features.
3. Snow Removal Services: Timely removal of snow from designated areas during winter months, including providing necessary documentation such as mileage trackers and receipts for materials used.
4. Reporting Requirements: The contractor must provide detailed reports that include mileage trackers, odometer readings, time sheets, payrolls, receipts for materials for each snow event, and weight reports for recycling materials under each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN).
5. Compliance with Wage Determination: The contractor must adhere to U.S. Department of Labor wage determinations applicable to the contract period.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Colorado Service Center located in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
