This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), for Construction Services in the following geographic areas: (1) Kansas City, Missouri and the State of Missouri West of and including Jefferson City and Columbia, Missouri. (2) St Louis, Missouri and the State of Missouri East of Jefferson City and Columbia, Missouri. (3) State of Iowa (excluding Council Bluffs, IA) (4) State of Nebraska (including Council Bluffs, IA) (5) State of Kansas (including Kansas City, KS) The work will be performed when authorized by properly executed Task Orders (GSA300)'s which will be issued from time to time for various quantities and types of work provided for in this contract. This authorized work shall be performed only at Government-owned buildings and/or Government-leased space where GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. This Contract involves a Base Year and Four (4) One (1) Year Options. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is: 236220, size standard $36.5 million. The maximum value (total of the base and all optional periods) is $75,000,000 per contract. The scope of work for the projects executed by Task Orders under the Contract include various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications).
