Refuse/Recycling Collection and Disposal - Fort Campbell, KY   3

Background
The contract is for a non-personal services Contract to provide Refuse/Recycling Collection and Disposal at Fort Campbell Army Installation. The installation is over 105,000-acres and is located within the jurisdictions of four counties and two states (Kentucky (KY) and Tennessee (TN)). It supports over 30,000 military personnel, a civilian workforce of over 8,800 people, and is home to the second largest Army retirement community in the country with over 125,000 retirees visiting the installation to utilize facilities and benefits.

Work Details
The work includes refuse/recycling collection and disposal at Fort Campbell, KY. The proposal expenses and pre-award costs are not committed to pay as a direct charge. Proposals must set forth full, accurate, and complete information as required by the RFP. The only authorized transmission methods for proposals in response to this solicitation are electronically via SAFE. The Offeror shall submit its offer electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil/. The Standard Form (SF) 24 shall be used for the submission of bid bond. If the Offeror proposing on this solicitation is a large business concern, it must submit a small business subcontracting plan in accordance with the subcontracting plan format provided if it is other than a Small Business.
