Refuse Collection & Recycling Collection (VA048, VA049, VA050)   2

Background
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Refuse Collection and Recycling Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The services will be performed at three locations: VA048 - 1LT JIMMIE L. MONTEITH USARC, Richmond, VA; VA049 - COL ERNEST H. DERVISHIAN USARC, North Chesterfield, VA; and VA050 - RICHMOND AFRC, North Chesterfield, VA.

The goal of the contract is to ensure a clean and environmentally safe workplace free of debris and pests.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:

1. Refuse collection from all contractor-provided containers as detailed in the site plan.
2. Recycling services as specified in the PWS.
3. Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste management.
4. Quality control measures to ensure services meet contract standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one 12-month base year with four additional 12-month option years.

Services will be performed at the following locations:

- VA049: COL ERNEST H. DERVISHIAN USARC, 6700 STRATHMORE ROAD, NORTH CHESTERFIELD, VA 23237-1167
- VA050: RICHMOND AFRC, 6002 STRATHMORE ROAD, NORTH CHESTERFIELD, VA 23232-4916.
