Background
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U. S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey to perform market research for Refuse Collection and Recycling Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The purpose is to obtain information on the availability and capability of qualified sources, as well as to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the services located at TGST Vernon McGarrity Memorial United States Army Reserve Center (USARC)/AMSA #105 in Coraopolis, PA and PVT Sterling L. Morelock USARC in Pittsburgh, PA.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide refuse collection and recycling services, including all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other necessary items. The services are to be performed in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all local, state, and federal regulations.
The period of performance is one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
Quality control and quality assurance measures are also outlined in the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract shall be one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years.

Place of Performance
The services are to be performed at TGST Vernon McGarrity Memorial United States Army Reserve Center (USARC)/AMSA #105 located at 99 Soldiers Lane, Coraopolis, PA 15108-2550 (PA166) and PVT Sterling L. Morelock USARC located at 7100 Leech Farm Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 (PA079).
