Background
The Army Contracting Command - NJ is issuing this solicitation to procure Refuse and Recycling Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The goal of the contract is to maintain a clean, environmentally safe workplace free of debris and pests at the MAJ Holleder USARC located in Webster, NY. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to deliver refuse collection and recycling services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Key tasks include:
1. Collection of refuse from designated containers as per site plan.
2. Recycling services for appropriate materials.
3. Maintenance of quality control to ensure compliance with contract standards.
4. Conducting operations between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, excluding federal holidays.
5. Providing a list of employees assigned to the contract within 15 calendar days of award.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each.
