Refuse and Recycling Services for IL177 (MS)   2

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region.

The goal of this contract is to perform refuse and recycling services that maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at designated Army Reserve facilities throughout Illinois.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to manage and perform operations related to the collection, transportation, and processing of refuse and recycling materials generated at multiple locations in Illinois. Specific tasks include:
- Refuse Service: Management of refuse materials at six locations (IL006, IL007, IL021, IL064, IL072, IL073) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable laws.
- Recycling Service: Management of recycling materials at five locations (IL006, IL007, IL021, IL064, IL073) following the same standards.
- Compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as the terms outlined in the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor must ensure that dumpsters/containers are maintained properly.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 for the base year with four additional option periods of twelve months each and a six-month option to extend services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at six locations throughout Illinois: Bloomington (IL006), Canton (IL007), Decatur (IL021), Peru (IL064), Springfield (IL072), and Urbana (IL073).
