Refuse and Recycling Collection and Disposal Services at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Petaluma

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Director of Operational Logistics (DOL) is seeking refuse collection services for TRACEN Petaluma, Petaluma, California. The solicitation is being conducted using procedures in Part 12, Part 13.5, and in accordance with 6.302-5(a)(2)(i). This is a Set-Aside for the City of Petaluma Franchise vendor; Recology Sonoma Marin.

Work Details
The scope of work includes refuse and recycling collection and disposal services at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Petaluma. The contractor is responsible for managing the total work effort associated with the services required to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services. This includes collecting and disposing of refuse materials, maintaining equipment in good workable condition, removing spillage, correcting missed pickups within 24 hours, performing requirements work container deliveries and disposal as required by the COR, and providing collection and disposal reports. The contractor is also required to submit various deliverables such as Certificate of Insurance, Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan, Disposal Permits and Licenses, Vehicle Route and Collection Schedule, Vehicle/Container Cleaning Schedule, Project Manager or Supervisor Information, Employee Roster, Required security background check for all personnel, Contract Discrepancy Report, among others.
