Refuse and C/D Landfill Operation - Amendment 2   3

Background
The Directorate of Public Works, Fort Riley, KS is seeking a Small Business Administration (SBA) small business that is 8(a) certified with the experience, personnel, and capability to perform Refuse/Recycling collection and operate a construction debris landfill as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse and recycling services at Fort Riley, Kansas IAW the PWS. In addition, the Contractor Shall deliver refuse to an off-post transfer station. The cost to the contractor for collection of tires, and CFC containing appliances shall be included in CLIN 0001 bid price for Cardboard Recycle/Bulk Item Collection and Disposal for other than Family Housing.
Bulk items like tire rims, stoves, dishwashers will be disposed of at Fort Riley Recycle at no cost. The contractor shall invoice for actual tonnage of refuse delivered to and disposed of at the transfer station for a specific billing cycle.

Period of Performance
Ordering Period: 1 June 2022 - 31 May 2027; Transition Period: 1 June 2022 – 30 June 2022; Yearly pricing effective from 1 July 2022 to 31 May of each year until 2027.
