Reference Laboratory Testing Services

Requirement is for reference laboratory testing services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, San Antonio and Kerrville, Texas - see attached Statement of Work for the services details. Solicitation is submitted for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year period of performance. See attached solicitation document (S02 - SF1449) for the solicitated terms and conditions of the BPA. The solicitation requires submission of documents for other than price only - see attached Evaluation Criteria/Instructions to Offerors for additional submission requirements. Offeror must complete and submit price list; Exhibit A, revised 10/20/2020. Evaluation of offers will be conducted using Comparative Evaluation of Offers. Requirement contains FAR Clause 52.219-9, Alt. I, Small Business Subcontracting Plan; the apparent successful offeror will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.
