Redeployment MHE

Background
The requirement for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is being issued by the MICC at Fort Cavazos, TX, to support unit redeployment. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment and services to facilitate the loading of both containerized and non-containerized military equipment during redeployment operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, personnel, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services required for MHE operations. This includes the capability to load containerized equipment configured in containers ranging from quadcon to twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) and non-containerized equipment such as armored military vehicles.

Key tasks include:
- Providing 30K forklifts with operators
- Providing 10K forklifts with operators
- Providing Removeable Goose Neck (RGN) systems (heavy and light) with operators
- Providing a 100T crane with operator
- Providing flatbeds with operators
- Ensuring the capability to simultaneously upload and download containerized equipment across several battalion footprints.

Period of Performance
The planned performance dates for this requirement are from April 21, 2025, to May 2, 2025.

Place of Performance
Performance will take place on Fort Cavazos, TX across several battalion footprints along Hell on Wheels Ave and W. Ivy Division Road. Anticipated locations include the wash rack, line haul site, Deployment Ready Reaction Field (DRRF), and the Rail Operations Center (ROC).
