Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation, located in Huntsville, Alabama, is issuing a justification for a sole-source contract to Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (IRTC) to support the Program Executive Office Unmanned Aviation & Strike Weapons (PEO U&W).

The goal is to provide long-term coverage for the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Unified Naval Streaming System (GUNSS) system and its variants.

Work Details
The contract involves providing labor, materials, and travel necessary to plan, design, develop, integrate, operate, and test prototypes for the GUNSS program.

The contractor will deliver design, installation, integration, testing, evaluation, and user training of advanced warfighting capabilities requiring Data Fusion (DF), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or automated decision-making technologies.

The program projects 24 installations in FY24 and another 24 in FY25.
