Background
The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) is responsible for ensuring robust accountability, risk management, and financial reporting within its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program. The goal of this contract is to provide support in the area of Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) to enhance operational processes across the DHRA enterprise.

Work Details
The contractor will provide support in the following areas:

1. Drafting or updating nineteen DHRA risk and compliance publications that specify the ERM Program’s policy and procedures.

2. Coordinating working groups to mature these publications and train the DHRA workforce.

3. Providing risk management expertise and advice to assess and mitigate risks through the Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC).

4. Identifying and recommending courses of action to resolve weaknesses in existing financial and operational business practices.

5. Assisting DHRA Centers with the development and implementation of corrective action plans (CAPs).

6. Supporting efforts to improve asset accountability fidelity.

Period of Performance
The contract's period of performance ends on November 24, 2025, with a requested extension for four months beyond this date.

The services will be performed at the Defense Human Resources Activity located at 4800 Mark Center Dr, Alexandria, VA 22350.
