Background
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Moore, GA is issuing a justification for a new cost-plus-fixed-fee bridge contract with Tiya Support Services & Keta Group, LLC.

This contract aims to continue Base Operations (BASOPS) and Maintenance services at Fort Moore, which supports a daily population of approximately 103,000 personnel. The current BASOPS contract is set to expire on February 28, 2025, and the justification highlights the critical need for uninterrupted services to maintain operational readiness and national security.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive management, supervision, personnel, labor, and specialized equipment necessary for the operation, maintenance, and repair of real property facilities at Fort Moore.

Key tasks include:
- Preventive maintenance services seven days a week, 365 days a year.
- On-demand repair services categorized into emergency, urgent, and routine requests.
- Systematic checks and inspections of utility plants and systems.
- Maintenance of over 2,300 buildings totaling nearly 19 million square feet.
- Management of paved areas including roads and parking totaling 27 million square yards.
- Specific services include: Facilities Engineering Services Management; Grounds Maintenance (erosion control); Snow, Ice, Sand Removal; Vertical and Horizontal Facilities Maintenance; Army Cemetery maintenance; Geographic Information System support; Water Treatment Services; Wastewater Services.
