The purpose of this contract is to enhance mission readiness objectives and cost-saving initiatives through the provision of energy-efficient, durable, and automatically operating solar fleet kits. The agency aims to ensure that the products meet necessary technical requirements under demanding operational conditions.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 29 Red Hill Mobility Solar Fleet Kits, specifically the GEN model with part number RHSOL-GEN or an equivalent product. The salient characteristics include:
- One 25W flexible monocrystalline solar panel with a flush-mounted cable connection and a 50" lead.
- One optimized Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Charge Controller.
- One Plug & Play Wiring Harness with a 48" length extension cable.
- One Canadus Battery Reconditioner featuring patented pulsing desulfation technology.
- The system must be automatic, dual voltage (12/24vdc), with specifications for 48vdc and 25-50 watt flexible monocrystalline solar panels.
- Size specifications are 24" x 24" x 4". Each item must be marked permanently and legibly with the manufacturer's part number, name or identifying symbol, and country of origin. Packaging must protect items during shipment, handling, and storage.
