Notice of Intent to Award BPA Call Against Vegetative Management/Wildlife Protection Services BPA for the Kisatchie Forest, Calcasieu Ranger District

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS BEING ISSUED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Project Operations Center (SPOC) East is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA's policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3 SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for Kisatchie National Forest Vegetative Management Services/Wildlife Protection Services located at USDA's Contract Portal, awarded against solicitation number: 12444222R0013 for Red Cockaded Woodpecker (RCW) Inserts.

This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.

This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the BPAs for Vegetative Management/Wildlife Protection Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) USDA FS, with agreement numbers12444223A0005 through 12444223A0009. There is currently one (1) small business contractor that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to the companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is kimberly.jurkiewicz@usda.gov.

This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPAs previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at: https://sam.gov under solicitation 12444222R0013. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice of intent.
