Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) Services, NAS Sigonella, NSA Naples, and Aviano AB, Camp Darby, Caserma Ederle, and Caserma Del Din, Italy   3

Background
The project consists of labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, equipment, and incidental services required to execute and document RMMR Services for DLA-E capitalized fuels facilities and supporting infrastructure at NAS Sigonella, NSA Naples, and Aviano AB, Camp Darby, Caserma Ederle, and Caserma Del Din in Italy. The contractor shall provide RMMR Services through the implementation of a Preventive Maintenance Plan which defines, schedules, and executes periodic quarterly, semi-annual, and annual facility inspections. Work is required to be performed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-460-03 Petroleum Fuel Systems Maintenance for military land-based liquid petroleum fuel facilities. This contract requires a Contractor experienced in repair, maintenance, and operation of federal petroleum facilities and petroleum systems ensuring those systems are in compliance with codes, criteria, regulations, and laws of the United States/host nation (local and national). The preventative maintenance program shall also include Emergency Repair, Minor Repair, Emergency Environmental Support, and Records Management.

The work includes various tasks such as Contractor Plans (FFP), Contractor Reports (FFP), Scheduled Recurring Maintenance at different locations (NAS Sigonella and NSA Naples; Camp Darby, Caserma Ederle, Caserma Del Din), Unscheduled Minor Repair Service Orders at different locations (NAS Sigonella and NSA Naples; Aviano AB; Camp Darby, Caserma Ederle, Caserma Del Din), Mobile Pantographs Unscheduled Minor Repair Service Orders at different locations (NAS Sigonella and NSA Naples; Aviano AB), What is this Task? (FFP), Annual Fuel Site Assessment at different locations (NAS Sigonella and NSA Naples; Aviano AB; Camp Darby, Caserma Ederle, Caserma Del Din).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is 365 days for each task order.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various locations including NAS Sigonella, NSA Naples, Aviano AB, Camp Darby, Caserma Ederle, and Caserma Del Din in Italy.
